      <image:title>About - Dr. Janessa Nowlen Lorenzo is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD). She completed her doctoral internship at the University of William and Mary Counseling Center focusing on teenagers and young adults with anxiety and depression/mood concerns, and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh’s Counseling Center, where she presented workshops on mindfulness and self-compassion. She most recently worked for UPMC at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and St. Margaret where she specialized in pain management with children, adolescents, and adults. At the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh she was the director of training for the behavioral science division, as well as working for the chronic pain, gastroenterology, and sickle cell clinics. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA)..</image:title>
